2回目の施術をしていただきました。
体中の筋肉同士が仲良くて、ガチガチにくっついていて柔軟性が無くなってきていたので岩田先生にお願いしたら、はがして頂けて、めちゃ楽になりました。
激しいスポーツで太もも、骨盤周りもガッチガチ、肩も巻き肩で背中がしんどかったんです。が、今はフラットな状態になった感じ。
鍼は初めてでしたし、デンキでほぐしてもらったのも初めてでしたが、気持ち良くて寝てしまうほどでした。
